Excellent base for exploring Modica. We liked hotel's location and staff. Lighting in the room was natural.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

Not the cheapest one but good value for price. The view was glorious from our balcony. The fact that our room overlooked cathedral. There is wine bar Caffe' del Teatro, set 300 metres walk away...
